InSicilia – is the Department of EU Projects and Transnational Mobility of Asterisco. It was born from the passion and the experience of Asterisco that has been working with Vocational Training and work services for more than 10 years, always setting at the heart of its strategy the development and the strengthening of Human Resources.

The great interest coming from international mobility projects in the ambit of the Leonardo Da Vinci – Lifelong Learning Program encouraged the creation and the development of the Department dedicated to the promotion of European mobility programmes,  in line with “Education and Training 2020” Program.

In Sicilia implements its activities supporting the 4 strategic objectives of the Program:

  • -> Making lifelong learning and mobility a reality;
  • -> Improving the quality and efficiency  of education and training;
  • -> Promoting equity, social cohesion, and active citizenship;
  • -> Enhancing creativity and innovation, including entrepreneurship, at all levels of education and training.

Our Values

We believe that human resources has its own unique potential. We support them in discovering and developing capacities and skills through our “Toolbox” composed of training, intercultural learning and exchange of good practices.

 We are encouraged to look for new ideas and innovative approaches that bring lasting improvement and development. We think “outside the box” to learn from our experiences, identify new solutions and build future scenarios and actions.

 We build our own ethical Code and Model of Organization assuring high qualiy services and the continual improvement across all areas of our work. Our precisely planned activities and services, based on teamwork and exchange of ideas, lead to successful achievements and positive impacts.

We build strong connections within our team, with our partners and participants based on the mutual dialogue and trust. We customize every single proposal to perfect the needs of each participant and goals of the projects.

We are deeply linked to our local area. We are profoundly familiar with the context, culture and habits. We are confident of what we propose.
